Your modelling toolkit: Getting started

When I started out making plastic models in around 1965 aged 10, all I had was an old penknife and later, a pair of sewing scissors liberated from my mum's sewing box. Much later, my dad gave me fine-grit sandpaper and a small flat file. That was it!
